Can I sell a simple low-priced product to many clients?

Yes, if the product is very simple. Outside of high-value niches, the approach that works well at a low price is what we call a microwave: something so simple that nobody needs training to use it, and that does one thing. Instead of offering every tool in the platform, offer one, such as automated social media posting, and hide everything else.

A simple one-purpose product can be priced low and scaled with little support, because the client barely touches it. A good microwave system has the client doing as little as possible, for example filling out a simple form for each new customer while the system works behind the scenes, so they never need to log in or remember a password.

You can also sell many services at a low price such as $97 a month, but then you need many more clients to reach a revenue goal and you will spend your time on support. Fewer clients at a higher price, for example four clients at $2,500 a month to reach $10,000 a month instead of about a hundred clients, lets you support each client much better.

Microwave is only a way to describe something simple. It is not a feature or menu item in the platform.
